I'm having problems with two pending withdrawals at BetHall Casino.
I made two withdrawal requests of €500 each (€1000 total). The first was 4 days ago and the second was approximately 3 days ago.
Currently, both withdrawals remain in "pending" status and have not been processed or paid.
I have contacted customer service on several occasions, and the responses I receive are always generic, indicating that the case is "under review," "priority," or "no exact date." However, they do not provide me with a concrete explanation for the delay or an estimated payment date.
I request the intervention of the mediation service to clarify the actual status of these withdrawals and help ensure they are processed correctly.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
