I made a withdrawal at Bethall, the first 3 were paid in a week, then I made 3 more withdrawals and it took almost 20 days and they didn't pay. I went into the chat several times and they gave the same excuse, that it was being processed, I canceled the withdrawal and did it again, it's been 7 days and they still haven't made the payment... Bethall stop messing around and pay my withdrawals!!!!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hello, good morning. Yes, I did the entire KYC verification process, so much so that I had already made 3 withdrawals. I never used bonuses and my games were in e-sports and lastly in casino. Well, as many days passed and I didn't receive anything, I ended up canceling the withdrawals and made withdrawals of smaller amounts to test if they are paid more quickly.
