Every time in chat believes they tell me someone is working on the case after 100 of emails and constantly emailing they always say the relevant department is looking into this after 10 days of emails im getting very concerned they are lying and scamming me out of all that money

Hi I won with real money then they seem to block me when I won they started to ask for ID which I sent bank statement passport bank details i got over 100 emails asking for my payment they kept saying your withdrawal is being manually processed thats why it's taking longer its been over 10 days and still nothing


Yesterday they last spoke to me but seem to be ignoring 99% of my emails i recently sent i got proof where they said they owe me 629.92 euros and calling it a refund and not winnings and said they cant give me a timeframe when this will be sorted also they blocked my account and will not re open my account



They also was claiming that I had multiple accounts which I asked them to prove which the just totally ignored with these other emails that I never seen before and I said to them I used the same account always has i got proof of all my deposits from my bank

wewantthis, unfortunately, there was some issue with the payment provider. The casino tries to find out what exactly was the problem so when they send you your money you will receive it. Unfortunately, there is no exact time in which they can do so, so I am asking for more of your patience. I understand that you are frustrated, but I am sure the casino is doing everything they can.

wewantthis, I totally understand that you are tired, frustrated and afraid to lose your money, but, please, stop spamming here and to the support. They will not make a withdrawal to your bank account, I do not know why. To learn why they cannot do so I asked the casino to respond here and give us a reason, however they have not yet done so. You sending here a million of almost the same screenshots does not help anyone. Casino has 5 days and then 7 more to reply, so, please, be patient and wait for their response.
