The casino canceled my withdraw request of 1030.35$ cad via USDT (same method as my deposit). I have reached out twice to their support email to ask the reason of the cancelation but they have not replied to me.


There is no livechat on this website, I don't know how else to contact them.

1) No I have not withdrawn before


2) No I was not asked to complete KYC yet and there is no KYC section to upload documents on the website itself


3) I have not used any bonuses
