I'm having problems with Betbeast and getting my money back via crypto withdrawals. i made 2 withdrawals on February 9 & 10 totalling 1,826 and was initially told all withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, then that was moved to within 24-72 hours and if the withdrawals aren't processed in that time frame to contact customer support.


Which i did multiple times after the 72 hour time frame, and live chat support told me that they have forwarded the matter to the payment department tagged as priority. yet nothing has happened each day i have informed about whats happening with my withdrawals.


I have sent emails to their customer support address and im not getting any reply back to them either, now today (Feb 18 ) i log onto the betbeast site to ask on the live chat again and i dont even have the ability to get the live chat to work unless i go on my phone, turn off my wifi, then vpn to another country.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

$600 has been returned to my account and whats an even bigger joke than the ruling they have come to is i cant even withdraw the $600 as i havent completed the wagering requirement. Some of these online sites are a complete joke and a rule to themselves, if you win money off them they hide behind terms and conditions that protect themselves

Hi betbeast support, id like to know myself what exactly these breaches were in more detail as opposed to the than the email I received.


"House edge" in sportsbetting isn't as defined of an edge compared to your casino games where the odds don't move (eg, winning on red in roulette will always pay 1-1 & the house edge is 2.7% on a single 0 table) unlike sports bets where the market fluctuates and moves when more information becomes available to the public.

Hi Karla, I have given updates in the thread above.


But in a summary:


Both Withdrawals were confiscated, and $600 was returned to my account (which i wasnt able to withdraw immediately)

The roughly $1300 that was confiscated was because i had, after an apparent review of my gameplay they had "identified the use of betting techniques that are prohibited under our Terms and Conditions. Specifically, our rules state:


"In the interests of fair play on our Sites, it is prohibited to utilise any recognised betting techniques to circumvent the standard house edge in our games. If the game play on your account indicates that you are using such betting techniques we shall confiscate all winnings associated with the prohibited activity and may restrict account functionality."


Which i deny, and i see they have replied to this thread yesterday and have emailed you personally with some information about my supposed rule breaking. Which i would like to also be given information about so i can prove my innocence.
