Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding BetBeast Casino, which has confiscated €2,000 of my legitimate funds without providing any evidence of wrongdoing. BetBeast claims I used "prohibited betting techniques," yet they have not presented a single example, screenshot, gameplay record, or any factual basis for this accusation.
What BetBeast Claims
Below is the exact message I received from BetBeast Support:
"Following a review of your recent gameplay activity, we have identified the use of betting techniques that are prohibited under our Terms and Conditions… If the game play on your account indicates that you are using such betting techniques we shall confiscate all winnings associated with the prohibited activity…"
They then state:
"We have confiscated any winnings associated with the prohibited activity."
This is the entire justification they provided.
There is no evidence, no timestamps, no game rounds, no explanation of what technique was supposedly used, and no connection to any specific bet or session.
Timeline of Events
To clarify the situation, here is the exact timeline:
10 July: I submitted a €1,000 withdrawal request.
12 July: I submitted another €1,000 withdrawal request.
Both withdrawals were pending normally, with no warnings or issues.
16 July: BetBeast sent the email accusing me of "prohibited betting techniques" and informed me that €2,000 had been confiscated.
This means the confiscation occurred after my withdrawal requests and without any prior communication or investigation notice.
Why This Confiscation Is Unfair
I did not violate any rules, and BetBeast has not shown any proof that I did.
Even if a violation had occurred (which I dispute), BetBeast’s own terms only allow confiscation of winnings associated with the prohibited activity — not my entire balance.
My confiscated €2,000 included:
Real‑money funds deposited before the alleged violation
Real‑money winnings from normal gameplay
I have played extensively on BetBeast, both casino and sports betting, without any previous issues.
BetBeast has also processed my withdrawals normally in the past, which makes this sudden accusation even more questionable.
Lack of Transparency
I requested the following documents to verify my balance and gameplay:
A full transaction history
A daily balance report
Any gameplay logs showing the alleged prohibited activity
BetBeast refused to provide any of these records. Without them, I cannot verify what portion of my balance was real money and what portion was winnings — and BetBeast is avoiding this on purpose.
My Request to Casino Guru
I respectfully ask Casino Guru to:
Request BetBeast to provide actual evidence of the alleged prohibited betting technique.
Require BetBeast to supply the complete account statement, including deposits, wagers, wins, and adjustments.
Review whether BetBeast is allowed to confiscate real‑money funds unrelated to any alleged violation.
Assist in recovering my €2,000, which consists of legitimate funds and winnings not connected to any prohibited activity.
I am ready to provide screenshots, communication logs, and any additional information needed.
Kind regards,
Sami W.
