Betano Casino Ontario - Player's VIP status has been revoked.

I spend around 250K on this casino betano and 12k deposited to them in the last 2-3 years my account is vip for about 1-2 years now and they set me up wotha vip manager after a while. I suspact after i made a complaint that thire staff gave me the wrong informtion about withdrawing. I guess they did not like that and im no longer vip anymore its what i think is the reason or I simply ask them too much requests for bet credits? I asked after i made a deposit or betting activity hey is there any bet credit on my account they did give me bet credit according to my activity but its been 2-3 weeks they have removed me from vip when I asked my former vip mmnager he said ohh its due to some changes on our critia he said you are still vip but ur account is not being managed anymore by a dedicated vip and i Asked him indeed i said im i still vip now he said yes but at the same time i ask thire support they come back with me saying im no longer vip.

im not happy with all the diffact reply they give me its almost like they cant even lie right. now all the deposits all my activity on this casino is gone and no probelm to me they are sneaky casinos after all and want thire business after all but to come here and lie to my face is not right just say you are no longer vip because of the said reason email me or something why im no longer vip? and they have not giving me a proper reply one support is saying im not vip but my manager said i am 5 days ago and that 5 days ago i asked support the same day and confirmed with me im not vip. let me know with any screenshot i will provide for anymore proof.

Yes They used to offer y account vip and managed by a dedicated vip after I think in my opinion i made a complaint about thire customer service or that i made reqeusts for bet credits they said im no longer vip or my account is no longer managed after i spend 249k with them How can some one go from vip managed dedicated to not be a vip with no reason? And they said its becasue of some changes Which i dont beleive
