Hello team, hoping you can help. I have had a withdrawal pending for 48 hours with bet24-7. I have submitted documentation for verification but have received no reply about either that or the withdrawal.


I also had to ask about what exact documents were required. There was no prompt from this casino when I requested the withdrawal.


It's the lack of any response rather than the time frame at this point. Have you had any success in helping players with withdrawals from this casino?

Hello Tomas. Yes live chat have responded saying there is nothing they can do and that I need to contact the "Finance department" via a separate email.


I have emailed this department several times without a response.


When I first requested a withdrawal, I was not prompted for any documents. I had to ask what documents were required. That question was not answered so I sent them ID and a bank statement showing proof of deposit and IBAN.


The withdrawal is still showing as pending. This is day 3 since requesting the withdrawal.


Live chat/support say the matter "will be sorted soon". There's no indication that the withdrawal will be processed.
