Dear tarricons2, after sifting through the dozens of replies, and after receiving communication from the casino staff dealing with your KYC verification, I will now reject this case based on facts that you are constantly unable to provide required documents in a manner that would be acceptable. And the fact you have twice refused to tone down the amount of messages sent to this thread.
Providing KYC/AML documentation issue: In my opinion, the casino is simply trying to link your larger deposits to your own funds, ensuring no money laundering scheme is happening. This is standard procedure and nothing out of the ordinary. Such checks can be triggered randomly, after a big win or after depositing larger sums of money. I am pretty sure if they could establish your deposits were coming from the inheritance, there would be no more issues. However, after multiple times being unable to follow simple instructions and provide the casino with proper photos and legal documents, I believe there is nothing I can do to help. The casino is only asking for basic KYC/AML documents, that you are unable to provide.
Spamming: I have asked you twice to be so kind and stop spamming this thread, as now it is virtually impossible to find any kind of necessary information, or a screenshot. You have ignored my pleas, even stating yourself you will not be able comply. This on its own would be enough to reject your case, but I hoped this was just a case of misunderstanding of how to provide legal documents for KYC procedure and tried to go along with your numerous messages. This seems to be a mistake in the retrospect, as majority of the messages have no informative value and they just keeps piling on.
Final advice: I would strongly recommend you to get in touch with someone - maybe a younger family member or a trusted friend - who knows how to take pictures and how to export PDF files, to help you uploading the documents in the right format, with every important part clearly visible. I still believe once proper legal documents are presented in a sufficient way, the casino would pay the winnings. I am sorry we are unable to help you further in this case.
