BassBet Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

I am filing a formal complaint against Bassbet regarding a total balance of 4,900€.

On March 14th, 2026, I requested three separate withdrawals of 500€ each (Total: 1,500€). These requests have remained in 'Pending' status for 10 days now. My remaining account balance is 3,400€, which I am unable to withdraw due to the casino's limit of only 3 active withdrawal requests at a time.

I have contacted their Live Chat and Email support multiple times. Every time, I receive the same automated, generic responses stating that 'the financial department is reviewing the requests' or 'to please be patient due to high volume'.

No KYC (Identity Verification) documents have been requested from me so far, and I have strictly followed all terms and conditions. I am a legitimate player from Greece, and all deposits were made using my own personal payment methods. It is clear that the casino is intentionally stalling the payment process.

I am seeking your mediation to ensure that my pending withdrawals are processed immediately so I can proceed with withdrawing my remaining balance."
