I recently won €15,000 at Bass Bet. According to the terms and conditions, withdrawals are limited to €500 per day and a maximum of 3 requests per week (€1,500 in total).
This is my very first withdrawal. I submitted 3 requests of €500 each (total €1,500), and it has now been 3 days with no payment received yet. I understand that this timeframe can still be within a normal processing period, but I am concerned because:
The casino does not allow me to submit further withdrawal requests until the current ones are processed.
With the withdrawal limits, it would take around 10 weeks in total to cash out €15,000.
If there are additional delays, I fear that I will never be able to receive the full amount.
I kindly ask for Casino Guru’s assistance to ensure that the withdrawals are processed according to the stated terms and that I am able to receive my winnings in a fair and timely manner.
I have attached screenshots of my balance, the pending withdrawal requests, and communication with support.
