I won 17k Euro. Made a withdrawl on 3 payments. 2 x 500 euro and 490 euro. Since that time there is no answer from casino finacial team. I have screen shots. When I ask them when is the withdrawl they tell me to be patient. Its very strange when they say it takes 3 days. Its been almost two weeks… this casino dont deserve 8/10. From this anxiety I lost about 10 k. So my withdrawl is still 1490 euro and I have left on my account 5k euro. Can u help me to get my funds back? Or markt this casino as a scam casino? In May I

made a successful withdrawal.

They never asked me about KYC verification. I have no option doing that on there site. My winnings where on bonus but I manage to wagger the bonus and it change to real money. I requested the withdrawl with real money. No bonus money. Thank you
