If I could a zero star rating to BASSBET I would.

It has been weeks going on a month and they still won't pay my real money win.

In my experience with BASSBET, I wouldn't recommend BASSBET to anyone.

They have Customer Support. It is a joke. Zero help from them. They keep referring me to their different internal departments.

In my now personal experience.

BASSBET is a scam site.

If ever you place a real money deposit into BASSBET and win. Even if it is a small win amount. Try to cash it out before you ever make another deposit. You will understand why. In my experience I believe BASSBET is a scam.

I received an email at 12:27am (AEST) 27th April, request code (27896948).

The email stated my issue was being pass the VIP Manager.

Nothing has happened.

My issue started on the 21st of April at 10am (AEST) when i won first place in the GO FISHING GAME. The tournament ended 10am (AEST) 21st of April. My points at the end of the tournament was 14000+points x16 real money for first place. X16 is for first place only in real money as per the game.

The 2nd place winner only had something like 1800 points. I won by miles with 14000+ points.

It takes coins to play. I had a lot of coins. After I read the rules I use all my coins to win big.. Screen shot attached

I'll try and send some screen shots through.

I still haven't received the payment for winning. It has been weeks.

Sorry, there is no link to the GO FISHING game. It's through BASSBET though, normally the home pages.

Sorry this is a screen shot of BASSBETS rules is the reason I spent all my coins playing. To make sure I got first place, to win as much as possible.

I'm not a Lawyer but, I think Marius just confimed my complaint. I wasn't paid my winnings.

Do you happen to have a screenshot showing the prizes awarded for each position on the leaderboard? This would help us verify whether the ranking you achieved corresponds to the winnings you received.

There's no such payout table in the Bassbet rules. I took a screen shots of me in first place which says real money x16. I had 14000 points.

I will attach two more screen shots of Bassbets go fishing rules. This rules are why I kept playing and won by 14000 point and used all my coins do so. Second place only had 1835 points.

So you need 74 coins to play one game. I really had a lot of coins, but not any more. I read the only rules I could find attached screen shots.

I won with 14,000 x16 real money. Potentially I thought I could win up to $8250.

As per Marius's email Bassbet payed me $16. In the first screen shot 1st place (me) wins x16 real money.

This why think Bassbet is a scam.

Also I have massaged multiple people how refer me to other people from Bassbet I was asking them how can you win up to $8250 in the GO FISHING GAME. Out of about ten different department/people not one of them new.

We agree that this creates a poor user experience, especially since the rules and expected rewards were not clearly explained. In our view, the way this tournament was presented lacks transparency, and players deserve better clarity when participating in events that involve real money expectations.

That said, the casino has the right to set the rules and structure of their tournaments. Since participation appears to be based on in-game coins rather than real money deposits, it is considered a virtual event, and the terms are ultimately up to the casino to define. If the rewards are unclear before joining such a tournament, we always recommend asking the casino's support team for more information or carefully reviewing the rules beforehand.

At Casino.Guru, we can ask a casino to pay out winnings if we know the player is clearly entitled to them.
