Hi Katerina,


Here enclosed is an email to librabet, Bassbet sister casino , asking to be self excluded due to gambling addiction. 


However, I could join Bassbet and my last bet with them was April time this year . 


I have sent a couple of emails to Bassbet but they won't respond
