Hello Dominika It is not a question of waiting 14 days or not. The problem is the casino's communication with customers. When I created a withdrawal request, I connected to live support and they told me "it will be paid within 3 days at the latest". I waited 3 days and then they said 5 days. If they tell me 15 days I will wait. But when they behave like this, there is a trust problem.

Hey Dominika . It's more than 16 days and i havent reveived any money yet. Support team always says same lies and I think they don't want to pay. It is written in their own rules that payments will be made within 3 days, but they do not follow their own rules. they don't even process the payment. It still says "checking"
