Hello,

i deposited 100 euro on this online casino and got added a 100% more as a welcome gift


played few hours and got up to around 2800 so i decided to withdraw 1500.


that got rejected with the msg i voilated their bonus rule of 5 eu max.


they confiscated all the money and set me back to my 100 euro deposit money..

this isnt really easy to be seen as a new player you dont expect to be rules like this out there..


anything i can do?

also only last 50 games can be seen in my history so only screenshot i got left is 1500 rejected withdrawal one..

2.2. Limitation of the maximum bet while wagering: 5 EUR/GBP, 2,000 HUF or currency equivalents. Max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, bonus rounds (purchased within the game).


Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex:

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time. However, if you feel like you have been accused mistakenly, feel free to forward me your game history together with a link to the specific bonus that you redeemed and played. i only have the last 50 games saved somehow. Think they cleared everything.

it feels very unfair coz i did not win all the 2.8k with a bet above 5 everything was under that. I bought bonus once or twice for 200/300 but that didnt get me anything near..

Thank you for your reply, Snno. In an ideal scenario, the casino should have a system in place to prevent players from placing higher bets than allowed when a bonus is active. However, this is unfortunately not yet a common practice.

The maximum bet rule is considered an industry standard, as is the casino’s right to confiscate winnings obtained from bonus play when this rule has been violated. Therefore, we generally do not penalize casinos for enforcing it.

At this point, I can only recommend that you always read the bonus T&Cs before you start playing with a bonus, so that you can avoid similar situations in the future.
