Case summary

The player from the Netherlands submitted a request for permanent self-exclusion to Amonbet on June 18, 2026, due to a gambling problem, but the casino did not close his account. Instead, it continued to accept his deposits, which totaled EUR 28,065.89, leading to significant net losses after his self-exclusion request. He was seeking a refund of EUR 16,265.89, which reflected his losses since the request. We were unable to secure a response from the casino, as it repeatedly ignored our mediation attempts. As a result, the complaint was closed as unresolved under our No Reaction Policy.

On 18 June 2026 at 22:50 (Dutch time) I sent Amonbet (support@amonbet.com and casino@amonbet.com) a formal request for permanent self-exclusion. In that email I explicitly stated that I have a gambling problem, asked them to close my account permanently, to stop all marketing and bonuses, and to refuse any future request from me to reopen or continue, even if I asked for it myself.

Amonbet did not close my account. On 19 June 2026 my VIP manager replied: "Before taking any action on your profile, I would love to turn your experience around with an exclusive gesture. I have set 25 loyalty free spins just for you." When I replied the same day "Close my account for good", they asked whether I was "looking for a bonus" instead.

This was not the first time. On 15 February 2026 I had already asked: "Please close my account." Amonbet replied by asking why and adding a loyalty bonus to my account. The account stayed open. On 6 September 2026 I asked again: "Can you please close my account?"

After my self-exclusion request of 18 June 2026, Amonbet accepted 217 deposits from me, totalling EUR 28,065.89, until 12 October 2026. In the same period I reversed 171 of my own withdrawal requests and gambled the money away, a clear sign of problem gambling that Amonbet could see in its own system. My deposits rose to about EUR 11,000 in August and EUR 12,400 in September 2026. Amonbet paid out EUR 11,800 in this period, so my net loss after my self-exclusion request is EUR 16,265.89. No deposit was made in the first 24 hours after my request.

Amonbet also accepted me as a player from the Netherlands, where it holds no licence from the Kansspelautoriteit, and operates through changing mirror domains (amonbet3.com, amonbet101.com).

I ask for a refund of my net losses after my self-exclusion request of 18 June 2026 (EUR 16,265.89). I have the original emails (.eml), my complete Amonbet transaction history (screen recording of all 101 pages) and my bank statements, and will send them to the resolver.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Could you please clarify a few details?

  • Is your casino account currently closed? If so, when was it closed?
  • Did you reach any agreement or settlement with the casino regarding these payments? In particular, did you agree to accept any amount as a final settlement and waive your claim to the remaining losses?
  • Could you please forward your original self-exclusion email from June 18, 2026, the casino's responses, and any settlement correspondence to attila.g@casino.guru?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Attila

Hello Attila,

Thank you for taking up my complaint.

1. Account status: as far as I know my account is still open. Amonbet never confirmed a closure, it never acted on my requests, and it still sends me marketing: promotional emails from vip@amonbet.com and info@amonbet3.com arrived on 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 October 2026. My last deposit was on 12 October 2026.

2. Settlement: no. I have not reached any agreement or settlement with Amonbet, I have not accepted any amount and I have not waived any part of my claim. I sent Amonbet a formal letter on 14 October 2026 and a final notice on 21 October 2026. They have not replied to either.

3. I am sending all original emails (.eml) to attila.g@casino.guru today: my self-exclusion request of 18 June 2026, all replies from Amonbet, and every other message I exchanged with them in 2026. I am sending the complete set, including messages from July and September in which I asked for bonuses. I think those messages show the problem itself: on 18 June I explicitly asked Amonbet to refuse any later request from me to continue, even if I asked for it myself.

Best regards,

Dear Player,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that since this casino has 20 complaints already closed under our "No Reaction Policy", we are forced to close your complaint as Unresolved.

This outcome will negatively affect the overall rating and Safety Index of the casino, as unresolved complaints are taken into account in our evaluation. I understand that this is not a satisfactory resolution to your personal situation; however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints can sometimes prompt a casino to change its approach in the future.

Regrettably, it appears to be a recurring practice of Amonbet Casino to ignore our mediation attempts entirely. We have made multiple efforts to contact the casino by email, live chat, and through affiliate representatives, without receiving any response. Unfortunately, as the number of complaints has grown, all attempts to resolve issues through direct communication have failed.

For this reason, we must strongly recommend staying away from this casino, as we are currently unable to mediate or enforce any resolution with an operator that does not cooperate in any form. Should the casino decide to respond at a later stage, this complaint can be reopened at any time.

I truly wish I could offer a more direct solution in your case. Please know that your complaint and the information you provided have contributed to our overall assessment of the casino and may help protect other players in the future.

Kind regards,

Attila
