Complaint:

Hello,

I am requesting assistance with closing my Amonbet account. The email associated with my account is ***************@gmail.com.


For the past week, I have repeatedly asked Amonbet to permanently close my account, but they have not done so.

Here is what I have tried:


I attempted to close the account through the website — the option does not work.

Their support chat refuses to explain how to close it and does not process the request.

I tried calling their support phone number several times, but no one answers.

I no longer have access to the account because I blocked it, so I cannot view my username, but the account is still active on their system.



Despite several attempts, Amonbet has provided no solution and will not confirm account closure.


I am asking Casino.Guru to please contact Amonbet on my behalf and help enforce my request for permanent account closure.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. First, I’d like to explain to you what the difference is between closing the account and self-exclusion:

Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen the account anytime, and the casino has no obligation to the player. 

On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after the cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with gambling problems).

Could you please specify the reason for closing your account? Please forward me the account closure requests that you sent to the casino. My email address is katarina.d@casino.guru.
