On August 26, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 150,000 HUF (payment method: USDCoin). The transaction ID is: ee8027c8-f9bf-4377-9218-db91b29bb7ad.

As of today, the withdrawal status is still stuck at "Under review," even though more than two weeks have passed. No progress has been made.

I contacted the support team multiple times, but I always receive the same generic response telling me that "everything is fine, please wait." There is no pending KYC verification on my account, all my documents were already approved, and there are no open requests from the casino regarding my account verification.

I kindly request that the casino processes and completes my withdrawal without further delay, as this situation is unreasonable and violates fair treatment of players. Please see the attached screenshot as evidence of my withdrawal request and its current status.

Yes they let me withdraw 134 USD but my first withdraw still pending


Yes my account dont need more kyc verification on the site.


with bonus but i did the wager, i won 650.000huf and i request 2x 150.000huf and when they not let me withdraw i lost the other half of my money so i would like to withdraw this 300.000huf i still have, but they say the same in the live chat " we have no problem with the withdraw and no need more kyc and they let a reminder at the financial team"
