Deposits and choice of games are fine, Started the max withdrawal of 1000 NZD on August 14th with 3-4 business days to complete, after 3-4 days they said they had "delays our end" asked them about it they said it has been moved to front of que to process. 7 days total now i ask whats going on they said "soon" I went along with it.. 14 days now and they said the "financial department will email you. Nothing has been recieved its a total scam

Yes the first withdrawal of (1k also) was sent to me in 3-4 days, because i had won the quite abit i was concerned there was going to be problems as its 1k withdrawal limit per day. It was without a bonus I used dogecoin crypto currency, this is more about making sure others dont play here as I always look at casino guru for ratings and trust them, but a casino that cannot payout is a BIG red flag. Not only is it frustrating but statistically its a ploy to try and get you to cancel it and lose.

Dear T1mpst1r,

We would like to clarify that the withdrawal request you initiated on August 14th for 1000 NZD was cancelled by you from your side. This is the reason why the payout was not completed.

Please also note that, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, section 6.14:

"The Company reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, your account level or other relevant factors."

Normally, at this point I would ask T1mpst1r to confirm the casino's statement, but the post above is quite clear. The player does not wish to use our services anymore and is pursuing this issue with Trust Pilot and AskGamblers. I am sorry we could not try to mediate this case further, but I wish you all the best and hope you'll get the help and services needed.
