I submitted three withdrawal requests at AllySpin Casino on April 28, April 29, and May 1, 2025 – each for €500 – totaling €1,500.


All three withdrawals are still pending despite repeated contact with customer support via live chat and email. The replies I receive are always generic and repetitive: they claim my withdrawals are being processed or delayed due to "many requests", but I have not received any clear updates or timeframes.


A support agent even stated that I will definitely receive the money, but nothing has happened since. I also still have €1,100 in my account balance that I cannot withdraw because the daily withdrawal limit (3 × €500) is already reached.


My account is fully active, and all deposits were made via credit card. I have not received any request for verification, nor any indication that my account is under review. I am growing extremely concerned.


I kindly request your assistance in helping me receive my rightful winnings. I have all supporting evidence (screenshots, payment records, chat logs) ready and will provide them upon request.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
