Although the Casino states that it has a 3 business day withdrawal policy, it regularly delays. this time although I have done 100s of deposits and withdrawals with the exact same method, Visa, on Friday thaey said they are in the procees of checking, today they cancelled the withdrawal saying that the handler, which is Visa cancelled the transaction, although my Bank said that they did not even received the request for cashback on the Visa. Now we have to go through the same process of waiting for another 3 days until they again cancel the withdrawal, just to allow them to maintain their cash flow to their liking. I feel they are playing the same exact trick on everybody trying to delay as much as they can their withdrawals just to handle cash to their will.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
