I had a withdrawal of $700 in their infamous waiting period. (Which is the dumbest thing because they are making profits by withholding our money for 5 days.) I had contacted customer support and wanted to ask if they can right away, because I ended up needing to come up with enough cash to buy a jug of R-22. After speaking with him for a brief moment, I was then logged out somehow. After loosing my shit on my internet company, they assured me everything was working on their part. They ended up blocking me out of my account. Since then, I ave emailed them and they wont reply to me. I keep asking for them to reply

Casinos, in general, have the right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities, or for no reason at all.

· Could you please advise if you had any remaining real money balance in your casino account?
