I have been trying desperately to get them to verify my withdraw ( this is not the first withdraw I made and the otter one was fine) I was promised a lot daily when I talked to them until I meet a guy called Magnus he kicked me out from the chat and I'm now totally blocked from live chat and they refuse to answer my emails even though I have been patient and asking for some resolution or compensation .


can you please help me resolve this matter ?

and hoe do i file a complaint on Magnus ? I don't think its right to have a person like that working in allyspinn help desk .

I fear I'm being scammed

and the more I talked to alyspinn help desk the more they convinced me that they really don't know nothing as the never have any contact with nova forge finance department.. so all they can do is make eksjuses that doesn't lead to anything else but confusion and misstrust.

No new information and it’s past 14 days now .. just the same automated answers on repeat .. I don’t think they know to much themselves as they are probably working in a call center and have limited reach to Allyspinn.
