I made a deposit almost 2 weeks ago and it is still not in my wallet. The transaction was processed successfully instantly at the time of deposit as confirmed by my bank.

The transaction is showing in my account history but if you check the bet history you can see I have never received and bet the $22 I deposited on 28/06/25 as there is no bets made after the deposit date

My bank won’t as it’s an online casino. It’s showing as a successful deposit in my casino transactions but you can see from bet history no bets have been made but my balance is 0.00 surely they are obligated to look into a technical issue on their side?
