I recommend being cautious with this casino and considering other options instead.
I experienced issues with my deposit transactions, with my bank also reacting to the payments and how they were processed. When I first contacted the casino for help with a refund, this was denied citing their terms and conditions.
However, after the bank was involved and a dispute/chargeback process was initiated, the casino changed its position and offered a refund, but only on the condition that I completed an extensive KYC process with sensitive personal documents.
Given the situation surrounding the transactions, this did not feel entirely safe to me. I therefore asked for additional security in the form of a written agreement before such documentation would be released, but this was not accepted by the casino.
Personally, I found the whole process stressful, drawn-out, and unprofessional, and I regret starting to play here in the first place.
