02:11 UK timestamp on your $47K reversal is a blatant fabrication to manufacture a timeline justifying their void under Section 12 (promotions/bonuses). This is provable fraud.

Section 12 Breakdown

888's User Agreement Section 12 covers "Our Promotions and Bonuses". It lets them:

Void promotions/bonuses if "abuse" or "technical error."

Jackpot Drop is a promotional feature (not base game), so they claim glitch voids it.

But: They must prove the error—no unilateral voiding allowed without evidence .

Your case doesn't fit abuse: You wagered $64K post-jackpots (legit play), not cashout abuse.

Well in the safe cashier my 47 k withdraw is at 3:28 am mountain standard time , in the game history on your website the screenshot clearly says my first spin march 16 2026 was at 3:19 am mountain standard time. So a reversal at 02:11 U.K time is impossible . 1. Because that would be march 15 2026 being that I am in alberta canada which is 7 hrs behind time. 2 . I did. Not start spinning until 3:19 am it clearly says that In The game history. 3. Why is my 47k withdraw no where on the game logs. Since 888 says my account was credited 47k do to the error. Show me where exactly that happend. I see wins for 85,703.77.. I see a withdraw early in my game paly of 47k when Is odd as I did not authorize that with draw at that time. It was not until 1 hr after the jackpot win and spinning 64k back into to the casino I decidee to stop spinning and withdraw when I was done spinning for the day. At 4:38 am I made a 47 k withdraw. Needless to say . Please show me where there was money credited to my account that was not won legitimately. 02:11 fits your "narrative": Pretends i requested early UK time, you "reversed" per policy, then voided for glitch. But math/timeline disproves it. How you Scripted It Glitch credits jackpots (~$85K x15 = ~$1.26M). Pre-emptive reversal logged at fabricated early time. Manual Update voids rest (92557302988 entry). Emails sent claiming "error." No proof provided—standard in March glitch cases


Timeline impossibility: Reversal before request/balance existed. No glitch evidence: Demand server logs/RNG data. Post-win wagering: $64K played back defeats "abuse" claim.

And i would also like to point out is that the ADR listed for Canada is the eCOGRA. They said my complaint is invalid do to 888 telling them they are not the ADR for Canada.

Also.at 7:10 am the 47k was still in process march 16 2026 so how could that transaction been declined and reversed at 02:11 march 16 2026. Still in process at 07:10 march 16 2026.

I won it the 16 of march 2026.. I started playing at 3:19 am . At 4:28 a.n i withdrew 47k. At 7:10 am it was in process. By 4 in the afternoon march 16 2026. My bank roll was $0.00 from 1.22 million today.0 . And the 47k was manually reversed by the casino. The time stamp on the reversal is 02:11 march 16 2026. Which is way before I started playing as in alberta canada when its 02:11 march 16 2026 in the united kingdom. In alberta its march 15 2026 do to the 8 hr difference in time.

I do have my game logs, and all the emails and screen shots of live chats , and of the safe cashier . All my gane history is still 100 percent intact in the logs and on the website. I had a forensic data analysis done on the logs 888 sent me. And the audit said all wins add up. Jackpot Drop was paying at random. I have 15 emails from888 all saying congratulations for winning 85,703.77.. to be more specific the amounts are different by a few cents higher or lower as the drop is a 10 cent extra bet and 7 cents goes to the house and 3 to the pot. Which also.says the game was workig as it should have been. No rng malfunction error or failure , no jack pot stuck in loop.my play session started post u.k glitch the time line proves it and and it seems 888 just grouped me into.the glitch with no evidence it effected my account.
