888 Casino - Player’s withdrawal has been delayed.

I requested a withdrawal of €11,000 on 29 July 2026.

Shortly after submitting the withdrawal request, I was asked to provide additional verification (KYC) documents. I submitted all requested documents promptly.

On 31 July, several support agents confirmed that my documents had been received and that everything was in order. They advised me to wait for the withdrawal to be processed.

On 3 August, another support agent only informed me that my case was "being processed" without explaining whether they meant the account verification or the withdrawal itself.

I contacted support again today (4 August) and received essentially the same response, without any clarification about what is actually being processed or how long it will take.

I have screenshots of every conversation with the support team, including confirmations that my documents were accepted. However, I am still waiting for my €11,000 withdrawal and I am unsure about its actual status.

I would appreciate your opinion on whether this delay is normal for 888sport Casino and, if necessary, your assistance in resolving this matter.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
