I requested a withdrawal on May 1.


The payment has been significantly delayed with no valid explanation. I have not received any verification email, and support only responds with generic messages asking me to wait.


I have checked all folders (including spam) and there is no communication from the casino.


This looks like an intentional delay of my withdrawal.


I request immediate processing of my withdrawal and a clear explanation of the delay.
