Over 3 months ago the casino took double payments from my bank account. Totalling over $850.

I contacted the casino, sent all my bankstamnets proving this.

it took 3 weeks to get $750 back.

three months later I am still waiting for the last $100 I am owed.

the only response I get is - please wait, the payment provider is dealing with it

Hi, I have sent you an email with communication from the casino.

yes, I was promised all my money back.

I sent them another bankstatment two weeks ago, showing not all the funds had been paid back to me.

I was promised I would get a response, from the payment provider why this didn't happen.

This is not the case, all I keep getting is - please wait.

well it's months and months now and I'm sick of waiting
