Complaint Overview:I am filing a formal complaint against 4RABET for unfairly rejecting my legitimate withdrawal requests and withholding my account balance totaling 49,800.


All funds were won playing live casino games under normal gameplay conditions.


Chronology of Events:


Deposit: I deposited 8,000 into my account.

Gameplay & Wins: I started playing live casino games. I had a significant single win of approximately 35,000 on Evolution's Crazy time.

Subsequent Play: I continued playing across different live games, including Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time, experiencing a standard mix of wins and losses.

Withdrawal Request: Once my balance reached 49,800, I initiated two separate withdrawal requests:

First request: 10,000

Second request (submitted shortly after): 6,000


Rejection: After several hours, both withdrawal requests were rejected, and the remaining issue regarding my balance occurred.

I was asked to do a re verification of my account, which I did. but later my account was blocked and not able to login again..


Why this is unfair:My winnings came from standard, high-variance live dealer games provider by Evolution. I have not violated any terms of service, and my gameplay was completely transparent. There is no legitimate reason for my withdrawals to be rejected or for my funds to be held.I request that 4RABET reviews my gameplay log, approves my pending withdrawals, and restores my full balance of 49,800. I am prepared to provide my account statements and verification documents to the forum moderators if required.
