I had deposited 3000rs in 4Rabet via UPI on 10th june 00:22hrs and it's been a very long time I waited still the funds not reflecting in my account.


I contacted customer support they are just asking to wait not giving the time of solution.


Pls intervene and help me to get funds added in 4rabet or back to my account.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a manual process that might take up to a month to resolve. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Till yesterday it was showing processing but now it's showing error that means the funds will not be credited to website wallet.


Hence request you to intervene and get my funds refunded.

Thank you for your patience. We’ve clarified the situation with the payment system: the deposit was indeed credited, but to a different merchant. This means the player activated the deposit token on another site first, and only afterwards tried to use it on our platform.


Unfortunately, a token cannot be used twice or across different platforms simultaneously, so the deposit was not credited on our side.


The payment system, citing confidentiality terms and partnership agreements, is unable to provide additional details about which site the deposit was credited to. This information is protected under NDA, as it would reveal that the client is playing on another platform and who their partner is.


The most we were able to obtain is a screenshot from a chat with the payment system’s support, confirming that the deposit associated with this token was already activated on another platform.

First of all i have deposited through your website and the transactions can be seen.


Second point - I do not have any other platform, I don't understand what other platform you are talking about, because later deposits were credited to my wallet but those two transactions were successful and not credited to my wallet.




So basically for the clarification, I have not used any other platform to activate any funds, I just deposited, it got debited from bank account but never credited to my 4rabet account.

Till now there was no problem in depositing, but today I again i have faced the same problem, Deposited 10000 through UPI (Phon pe) where as usually it gets reflected in my Wallet but this time it's delayed.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

I can wait for the resolution as I have contacted your customer care but the response is same as for the last two transactions I am afraid you come up with the same reason.



Note: I have not activated anything, i just use your website for deposit and play on your website.

Thank you for your patience. The provider that provides its service can use one wallet on several platforms. The wallet where the payment is made is not only on one site. Accordingly, the client replenished one site, activating a deposit there, and now wants to receive money from our platform with the token that was already activated on another site.

What other platform, what activation you are talking about.

Whatever the concern is asper my POV I deposited the money through you platform and never ever did any activation on another platform.


Look at the recent transaction, it's been more than 3 hours now still not reflecting in my wallet and your customer care has replied the same stating the request is created finance department will check and revert, it will take more than 10-15 days to revert and eventually you say it's activated on other platform.


Where as i have never done anything, I am loosing my money.

Dear Kubo,


Phonepe transaction was successful and it got credited to the UPI id which 4raBet provided on their platform, however after some time I tried depositing and same UPI id was shared by 4raBet and the transaction was successful also the funds were credited to my 4rabet bet account.


But two transactions which were successful from my end and also from phonpe side, 4raBet couldn't deposit it in my 4raBet account.


What happened is their problem, not mine

I am very sorry, but after a thorough evaluation of your complaint, we must conclude that we are unable to provide the assistance you were hoping for.

Unfortunately, there is no clear evidence that your funds were actually deposited into 4raBet Casino. The transactions shown on your bank statement do not confirm that the money reached the casino. During our testing, we found that deposits appear in the casino’s deposit history section regardless of whether the UPI ID/UTR is entered correctly - meaning any value can be submitted and the transaction will still show as "in processing".

I understand that you provided matching dates and times between your PhonePe report and the casino’s deposit history. However, this alone does not serve as proof, since such matches could be created by simply submitting the deposit form with a UTR that was already used on another platform.

Your issue may indeed be genuine, but given the lack of sufficient evidence, we cannot hold the casino accountable. Without clear proof of failure on their part, we are unable to support your claim.


For this reason, I must reject your complaint.
