Dear Support Team,


I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deposit of ₹5,500 made on 27 March 2026 at 03:00 PM via UPI, which has been successfully debited from my bank account but has not been credited to my 4rabet wallet till now.


Transaction Details:


- Amount: ₹5,500

- UTR Number: 399666411439

- Payment Method: UPI (Paytm)

- Receiver: Gaiz Enterprises


This delay is unacceptable as the transaction is already marked successful from my bank side. I have also attached proof of payment for your verification.


I request you to immediately:


1. Credit the amount to my 4rabet account, OR

2. Initiate a full refund to my original payment source


If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate the matter by filing complaints with my bank, UPI authorities, and cyber crime department for further action.


Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve my issue without further delay.

Dear Anshuman23,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’s credited to your casino account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

It's been a 9 days till my deposit amount is not credited in my 4rabet wallet there is no proper support I have played my platform but 4rabet they are scammer since a week they are just saying we rise a ticket for issue that's it till now my deposit amount not credited in my wallet amount of 5500 27 march 3.00pm

I fully understand your frustration, Anshuman23. As I mentioned earlier, it may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded to your bank account or credited to your casino account. As the matter is not entirely in the hands of the casino, I will set the timer for an additional 18 days to allow them one full month to investigate.
