I am opening this official dispute against 4rabet regarding an unjust restriction placed on my account and the ongoing withholding of my balance, which stands exactly at ₹77729.

Timeline of Events:

• its been 3 days completed now The Restriction: My account was suddenly locked out by the platform with a red warning screen stating: "Account is restricted due to providing fake or edited document."

• The Root Cause: I state under penalty of perjury that my official government identity documents are 100% genuine, physical, and completely unaltered. It is clear that 4rabet's automated AI compliance scanner made an error and incorrectly flagged my upload as an edited file—likely due to background lighting, camera contrast, or digital image resolution.

• The Operator's Silence: I have repeatedly tried to contact 4rabet support directly via their official email (support@4rabet.com) and verified Telegram help channels over the past several days to clear up this misunderstanding.

My Position and Willingness to Cooperate:

I am a genuine player who simply wants to verify my true identity and access my funds. I have explicitly offered to undergo any form of manual compliance checks necessary to prove the legitimacy of my physical ID cards, including:

1. Sending raw, unedited, live-camera photos of my physical identity document from different angles.

2. Providing a passport-style selfie holding my physical ID card next to my face.

3. Completing a live identity video verification call with a real compliance officer.

Despite my complete willingness to cooperate with their security standards, 4rabet has ignored all my emails, refused to provide a human-led manual review, and continues to freeze my rightful balance.
