My verification was successful but I don't know why they blocked my account without any reason and without giving any evidence. After verified my account successfully I made two withdrawal of 100000 and 40000 INR but after few hours I received message we regret to inform you that your account has been temporarily blocked due to failed verification. But at that time what they asked I provide them even I also verify my face then I got message my verification is successfull then after made withdraw. I'm talking to support they are only saying red the terms and conditions. But I don't have any multiple accounts.

The document I was used that was adhar card. Even after that I was verified by my face also and my account got verified. But also then they blocked my account by giving the reason failed verification.

The games I was played those were Aviator, few slots and sports betting.

"Your account is blocked permanently and can't unblock " this statement was given by the casino support team. I talked 3-4 times but they are giving the multiple reasons at multiple times. I've sended you all the conversation and document which I was provided.
