According to the casino’s rules, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, my withdrawal has not progressed beyond the initial stage, even though 27 hours have already passed.


My account is fully verified, and there are no pending verification requirements that could justify this delay.


I contacted customer support and asked why the withdrawal is delayed. They only repeated that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, but stated that in this case it may take longer. They were unable to specify how long the process might take.


I believe that the casino is deliberately delaying the withdrawal in order to encourage me to lose the money, since these funds remain fully available for gambling during the withdrawal process.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.


If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
