I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I only receive vague responses such as "everything is fine, just wait." They have not provided any clear explanation or a specific date for when my withdrawal will be processed.


I would like to know why my withdrawal is delayed and when I will receive my funds. This delay is far beyond normal processing times.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
