Dear CasinoGuru Team,


I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against 1Win Casino regarding non-payment of my legitimate winnings.


On 8th September 2025, I won 1 Bitcoin through the Daily Spin Wheel feature. Immediately after my win, I contacted the casino’s live chat support and also reached out via phone support. Both channels confirmed that the amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours.


However, it has now been more than 24 hours, and the funds have still not been credited to my wallet. I have made multiple attempts to follow up via chat, phone, and their official Telegram support, but I am being completely ignored. Hours of waiting result in no response, and my concerns are being neglected.


This delay and lack of communication are deeply concerning, especially considering the significant value of the winnings. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take it up with 1Win Casino on my behalf.


I expect this case to be treated with high priority, as I have provided clear evidence of my win and have received false assurances from their support team.

Thank you for following up. Unfortunately, my withdrawal has still not been received, and there have been no positive developments regarding my case.




Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the casino including providing evidence and confirmations from their own support team a my 1 BTC winnings remain unpaid. I already s5a multiple maills but getting only syter genarated reply every time, This delay has now gone well beyond a reasonable time frame, which is very disappointing.




I kindly request your continued support in helping me resolve this matter and ensure that the casino credits the amount owed to me as soon as possible.
