Hi sir I'm not able to withdraw the money from my 1win account I didn't do anything fraud or not used any hacking softwares or bot either I played on my own at first I withdrawal the amount but withdrawal has been cancelled on it's own and get back to my 1win wallet I tried again but same happened then I sent a mail to 1win security team they said I need to send my documents but I already did the after the creating the 1win account and they said you're ready to withdraw the money but after withdrawal it got cancelled so okay I thought maybe it's a server mistake so I sent my documents they sent another mail it will resolve within 14 days but it's not happening and another I can't able to open poker section in my 1win account actually I logged through from 1win affiliate programmer I mean I logged through their promo code so I asked them they said my account has been blocked I asked why they didn't replied and they blocked me please sir help us cause those money is so important to me cause those money is for my grandmother medical expenses please resolve this
