1win STOLE my 8000 AZN winnings. This is organized criminal fraud.


KEY EVIDENCE:

1. CANCELLED WITHDRAWALS: On 18.04.2026, I requested 3x1500 AZN withdrawals. 1win CANCELLED all of them. Screenshot attached.

2. 1win LIED: On 23.04.2026, 1win support claimed they paid me 8000 AZN.

3. PROOF OF LIE: I attach 1win's own "Withdrawal History". It proves NO 8000 AZN transaction exists on 23.04.2026 or any date. I received 0 AZN.

4. ILLEGAL MGA LOGO: 1win illegally displays Malta Gaming Authority logo on their site. MGA confirmed 1win has NO license. This is criminal misrepresentation. Screenshot attached.

5. MONEY LAUNDERING: 1win uses illegal card-to-card transfers via personal requisites.


I have reported 1win to Malta Gaming Authority and Curaçao eGaming to REVOKE their license.


I do not want my money back. I demand 1win be BLACKLISTED and SHUT DOWN to protect players.


I declare under penalty of perjury that 1win paid me 0 AZN for my 8000 AZN winnings.

NEW CRITICAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

1. **MGA OFFICIAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION STARTED**

I filed an official criminal complaint to Malta Gaming Authority.

MGA Case ID: LBG-PFC-216

MGA has confirmed receipt and assigned a case officer to investigate 1win for:

A) Theft of 8000 AZN

B) Criminal use of FAKE MGA logo with NO license

2. **1win LIED TO TRUSTPILOT**

1win replied to my Trustpilot review claiming "payment completed". This is 100% fraud. My bank statement proves 0 AZN received. I forwarded the MGA complaint to 1win security 3 hours ago. They are now panicking.

3. **1win HAS NO MGA LICENSE**

1win illegally displays MGA logo on their website footer. This violates MGA regulations and is punishable by 50,000 EUR fine. Screenshot attached.

**MY ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:**

1. **Account accessible?** Yes. Player ID: 357422767.

2. **Registration/Payouts/Verification?** Registered 02.04.2026. Had 2 successful payouts: 500 AZN + 1200 AZN. KYC fully passed 05.04.2026.

4. **Bonus used?** NO. 100% real money deposit. No bonus involved.

5. **Communication?** 1win cancelled my 8000 AZN withdrawal 3 times on 18.04.2026 with no reason. They ignore emails now.

1win told me it was a "system error", not that I didn't win. They said my balance was reset due to internal rules, but they never showed proof and never paid the 8000 AZN. My withdrawal history shows 0 AZN. MGA confirmed 1win is illegal in Azerbaijan. I have attached the chat screenshot.

I won the money on Luck Joker 10, but right after that my account was blocked. 

3-4 days later the account was opened again, but the balance was 0. 

When I checked, I couldn't find that game in the casino anymore.
