1. I created my 1win account in April 2026. My account was later permanently blocked under Clause 12.8 after the Security Team completed its investigation.
2. I played Aviator and Crash games only. My winnings were generated from my own legitimate INR deposits. I never used any cryptocurrency deposits for betting.
3. No. I did not receive or use any bonus. My balance was generated from my own gameplay using my legitimate INR deposits.
According to the information provided by the 1win Security Team, my account was permanently blocked because cryptocurrency deposits were made from a wallet address that had also been used for withdrawals from a hacked 1win account.
However, I would like to explain that I never made those cryptocurrency deposits. I believe I became the victim of a scam after I was contacted by a person pretending to be 1win Support through the 1win English Telegram group. He also sent me fake verification emails that looked like official 1win Security emails. Believing they were genuine, I shared my account details and completed the fake verification process.
Later, I discovered that cryptocurrency deposits had appeared in my account without my authorization. I never used those crypto funds for betting, transfer, or withdrawal. They remained untouched in my account.
My only genuine deposits were two UPI deposits of ₹5,000 each, and my winnings were generated from those legitimate deposits while playing Aviator and Crash.
I have supporting evidence, including screenshots of the fake verification emails, the scammer's Telegram profile, and other relevant information, which I am ready to provide.
I respectfully request that Casino Guru consider these facts while reviewing my complaint. I believe I am a victim of fraud rather than someone involved in fraudulent activity.
Later I got to know that real mail of security team is security@1win.social and from 60 days I was getting contacted from fake email which looks exactly same like 1win mail and also contains 1win official watermark.
Fake email and evidence of scammer is attached and I can also provide recording of my gmail mails to show to 1win security team that I am actually a victim of fraud, not a Fraudster.
Also I got to know later that the scammer guy doing crypto deposit using my crypto deposit Qr because deposit and withdrawal details are used to change email.
He also given me his wallet address to place a withdrawal request on his address but when I found its suspicious I did not touched the funds
My only mistake is that I got fooled and provided my 1win account details to scammer guy who misused it to change email in my 1win account and in security team his wallet address from which the crypto deposit comes is found suspicious then security team of 1win block my account.
