I am filing a complaint against 1win regarding unfair account blocking and confiscation of my winnings.


My account ID is 358316475.


I deposited funds via UPI and played fairly only on Aviator/Crash games. All gameplay was completely manual.


I never used:

- Multiple accounts for personal use

- Bots or automation software

- VPN

- Arbitrage betting

- Any fraudulent method


After winning and building a balance of ₹17,955,273 (1.79 crore INR), my withdrawal was kept pending for more than 50 days.


During this period, I completed all requested verification and KYC procedures.


Instead of processing my withdrawal, 1win permanently blocked my account under Clause 12.8 and accused me of fraudulent activity without providing any specific evidence.


They never provided:

1. Exact violation

2. Date/time of alleged violation

3. Technical evidence proving fraud


Important disclosure:

A friend’s 1win account was logged into my device 1–2 times, but that account does not belong to me. I only used one personal account for my own gameplay. This does not prove fraud or multiple account abuse.


I believe 1win misused Clause 12.8 to avoid paying my legitimate winnings.


I request independent investigation and recovery of my funds.
