I had an active account with 1win in which I deposited a total of 150,000 LKR. Recently, my account was suddenly blocked, and I was asked to complete a verification process, which I successfully completed as requested.


However, after completing the verification, my account was closed, and now I am unable to log in. What’s more concerning is that my funds of 150,000 LKR have completely vanished from the account. I have not received any explanation regarding the status of my funds, nor have I been informed of any violations or reasons for the account closure.


I have proof of deposit transactions and am willing to provide them if needed. This situation is unacceptable and extremely stressful. I kindly request you to urgently look into this matter and refund my 150,000 LKR immediately.


Please provide a proper explanation and update me on the current status of my account and funds.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation.
