Initially I was positive about the welcome offer and the design of the site looks quite neat. However, I played twice, and there were certain problems: The first time, the deposit only worked via Bitcoin. Paying out was not possible, but was then resolved after a few days. The second time everything went fine for the time being, but when I wanted to pay out my winnings of around €40 net, it said "System error, contact support". I did this. 3 times. No reply within 2 working days. Then I found that my winnings were marked as bonus funds which cannot be withdrawn before wagering multiple times (gambling) even though I hadn't activated a bonus when I made the winnings! Contacted support again, again no response (yet) after a day. Then I got impatient and tried to wager the "bonus" balance and lost everything (I know impatience is my fault). And if I win they add me BONUS money! After this your real-money balance come to 0. And if you want to withdrawal, you need to wagered it 30 times (incl.bonus!). In my case it’s (30 real + 30 bonus) * 30. Look like a scam! You can wagered it only in slots! Lol.
