Used comp points to amount to well over 2500 dols back on January 3rd 2022

Understanding that a maximum one time payment of 2500 will be all I can receive. I am a level 5 VIP. I have been told over 7 times to submit Bank Statements 3 months each time PDF format. VIP management tells me they have them and will escalate payment. Never happens. February 15th.i am told they need 3 months Bank statement, showing no negative balance and the banks letter head. This is bullshit.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that a missing Bank statement seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated from Comp points (free bonus) solely?
