I have been trying to withdraw my money from this app using my login. It was all fine when I was depositing money etc, didn’t ask for verification etc. when it was time to withdraw money, it is asking for documents which I have uploaded multiple times. When they have been verified it is still not allowing me to withdraw and it is still siting in my account. I have emailed multiple times and no one seems to want to mhelpnme! I need help solving this , I want my money!!! I can’t believe this is happening, I thought it was just pretty straight forward.

My account was fully verified on 1st of June 2024. I have proof on my emails to show this. Since then I have had to upload again to verify who I am. I also got proof that my documents got accepted 16th June 2024 as well.


I accumulated with real money. No bonuses were involved . I have never used bonuses since opening this account on the 31st of may 2024. Last time I spoke to them was on this time last week regarding a withdraw again and I haven’t had a response since.
