I had made an withdrawal on 11th july and is taking so long to process the witdrawal, they told me that usually is taking between 7-21 bussines day wich is absurde to take so long considering that if you want to reverse the witdrawal they will do in a minute. I have the account verified and its a small amount. I have read the reviews and are very bad. I hope I will get my witdrawal

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified already? Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi Petronela, my account is fully verified, I have an email confirmation from them. My witradraw is having awaiting status and when deposit I had bonus but I succesfully completed the wagering process.

I haven't received any email confirmation when I witdraw so it is very strange and unprofessional and after reading the reviews on this site..I hope it will sort it out, thanks
