Hard KYC process, dragging there feet, I had won some money and it took a long time to go through KYC. Then they said they couldn’t pay me through my card I deposited with. And told me to open up NETELLER I did that. Then I received 800 usd through NETELLER... but they have been dragging on paying me total of 2660usd through NETELLER rejecting the payment! With no expalanation.

Please understand, that a variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

Do I understand correctly that your payment has been split into several installments of $800 each and the first one was received successfully?

I have checked general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.casinonic.com/terms-and-conditions:


"The minimal amount for withdrawal is 20€ or an equivalent. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments."

Did you receive any explanation why your winnings have been split into several smaller payments?

Hi and thanks for the answer, they allready used NETELLER to pay me once, they have been rejecting to pay 2660 more in one transaction through NETELLER( I talked to NETELLER and said they can transfer 6000 usd in one payment the problem is not NETELLER) latest that I did split up for 3 separate withdraws which are now pending.

Well 1 of them processed yesterday all requested at the same time on Tuesday. Still waiting on other two.
