But when it comes to withdrawals, the maximum withdrawal is limited to x5 of your 100 USD bonus (the bonus amount you received), which seems contradictory to their terms and policies.
However, at least they do listen and resolve complaints, which is another positive point. In conclusion, this casino is worth trying out, but I hope they will revise the bonus terms so that players are not confused.
