It looks like they are withdrawing from the Japanese market.
It seems that all Japanese staff have already been fired.
As of now, there has been no announcement from the casino, and it is unclear whether they will be able to withdraw the remaining funds.

This is one of the worst online casinos ever, too bad you can't give zero stars. Started with €200 and no chance of winning.
