First time I used this site and I shouldn't have I go to withdraw my winnings come to find out I can't no big deal I go to the live chat and ask could they send me the withdraw forms says they're payout is through bitcoin I did not know that because I don't have bitcoin was not in formed . Every time I try to get in touch with someone they disconnect me

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
